Préface
Sacramento, capitale méconnue de la Californie et Las Vegas, ville du péché ont elles aussi leur rôle à jouer dans le développement du courant musical appelé horrorecore.
Brotha Lynch Hung, tout droit sorti du Garden Blocc de Sac-town, est un pionnier du genre. Après avoir rappé avec X-raided et son demi-frère Sicx, il signe en 1993 sur le label Black Market de Cedric Singlenton et y sort son premier EP officiel : 24Deep.
La première collaboration entre Lynch et Doomsday Productions intervient 1 an plus tard sur le morceau Black Market, présent sur XV le premier et dernier album du groupe sur le label phare de Sacramento.
Les 3 membres du groupe : Playboy 7, Pit et Eklypss (cousin de Lynch) créent ensuite leur label Cin Sity Records dans leur ville de Las Vegas.
Après nous avoir gratifié de l’énorme classique Season Of Da Siccness en 1995 et d’un excellent Loaded 2 ans plus tard, Lynch quitte Black Market et crée sa propre structure : Siccmade Muzicc.
Février 2007, après avoir repoussé l’émission à plusieurs reprises pour diverses raisons, me revoici dans la cave du 187 Show avec mes 2 acolytes Gringo et Cortez (qui nous a lâchement abandonnés après seulement 2h d’émission !).
On balaiera chronologiquement les discographies respectives des 2 crews les plus malsains de l’Ouest pendant plus de 8h, pour vous exposer la crème de ce qu’ils ont sorti entre 1994 et 2006.
